Welcome to Ice Dessert Boutique



Owned and operated by Patrice Caillot, World Pastry Champion 2004 and his wife Regina, Ice Dessert Boutique is a company that prides itself on making superior tasting ice cream and sorbet products. After spending 25 years working for others in the field of Pastry Arts, Chef Patrice Caillot decided to branch out on his own and open a frozen dessert facility in late 2006.

The products developed by Ice Dessert Boutique are all natural and preservative free and no chemicals, extracts or flavorings are added to the products. The commitment to quality begins with the use of the finest cream, milk, eggs and sugar to make the bases for each flavor. Fruit, chocolate, nuts and vanilla beans are just some of the many ingredients used to flavor the frozen creations.
